During my studies and later, while working in a museum, I got in touch with numerous artifacts from quite ancient times, dating over thousands of years. I have always felt the same fascination by that value of an object, which is in a way connecting you directly to ancient past, incomprehensible to our very being and lifetime. When you're holding in your hands a bracelet older than 2000 years, you can't resist thinking of an ancient man and wonder what his life looked like or how similar to your own it was.
